Deskhub is looking for 5 confident and professional female Telecallers to handle client interactions and build lasting relationships. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are handled with care and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with clients professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Provide clients with accurate and detailed information about our services.
- Record and update client information in the database accurately.
- Work closely with the team to address client concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist in achieving client retention and satisfaction goals.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Assamese.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in client handling or telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
