**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities1. Bookkeeping & Documentation**
- Record daily financial transactions accurately
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and petty cash balances

**2. Financial Reporting Support**
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements
- Support budgeting processes and variance analysis

**3. Taxation & Compliance**
- Assist in the calculation and filing of GST and TDS
- Maintain statutory records for audit and compliance

**4. Inventory Accounting**
- Record inventory transactions and raw material usage
- Assist in physical stock counts and reconciliations

**5. ERP & System Operations**
- Enter and maintain accounting data in Tally/SAP
- Organize and manage digital financial records
- B.Com / M.Com in Accounting or Finance

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years in accounting or finance (Internships with similar responsibilities may be considered)
- Prior experience in FMCG or food processing is an advantage

**Technical Skills**:

- Working knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas)
- Familiarity with Tally or SAP is preferred

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment
