**Job Title**: Accounts Executive

**Experience**: 2-4 years (preferred)

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using **Tally ERP (Tally 9 / Tally Prime)**.
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and file **GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)**.
- Prepare, verify, and file **TDS returns (Forms 24Q, 26Q)** within deadlines.
- Generate **TDS challans** and ensure timely payments.
- Assist in preparation of **Form 16 / 16A** and ensure compliance with quarterly filings.
- Reconcile **TDS and GST returns** with books and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain documentation and backups of financial filings.
- Support **audits** and coordinate with auditors.
- Assist with **month-end closing** and financial reporting.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Commerce, Accounting, or Finance**.
- **3+ years** of accounting/finance experience.
- **Proficiency in Tally ERP** (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of **GST laws and filing processes**.
- Experience in **GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filing and reconciliation**.
- Good working knowledge of **MS Excel**.
- Strong **attention to detail**, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to **manage time efficiently** and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Graduate in Commerce (**B.Com / M.Com**).
