Position: Cooking Assistant

Education Qualification: Diploma; ITI; 12th\ Relevant qualification

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**:

- Assist in chopping, slicing, dicing, and preparing ingredients for cooking.
- Prepare sauces, dressings, and other basic food components under supervision.
- Measure ingredients as per recipe requirements.
- **Cooking Support**:

- Help chefs in cooking meals by following instructions and maintaining cooking procedures.
- Monitor cooking temperatures and times to ensure food is cooked to perfection.
- Assist in plating and garnishing dishes for service.
- **Kitchen Cleanliness and Organization**:

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including workstations, cooking tools, and equipment.
- Assist with cleaning dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Ensure that all kitchen tools are properly sanitized and stored.
- **Stock Management**:

- Assist with inventory tracking, including receiving and storing food supplies.
- Help in organizing and managing kitchen storage areas to ensure efficient stock rotation.
- **Team Support**:

- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
- Take direction from senior kitchen staff and chefs to improve cooking skills and knowledge.
- Maintain good communication with team members to ensure effective workflow.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
