Staff Nurse

**Direct Patient Care**: Assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, providing basic care, and assisting with activities of daily living.
- **Patient Education**: Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- **Collaboration**: Working with doctors, other nurses, therapists, and technicians to provide comprehensive patient care.
- **Documentation**: Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- **Emergency Response**: Providing initial assessment and care in emergency situations.
- **Medication Management**: Administering medications safely and accurately, and monitoring patients for adverse reactions.
- **Emotional Support**: Providing emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
- **Health Promotion**: Promoting health and wellness through education and preventive care measures.
- **Supervision**: May supervise nursing assistants and other support staff.
- **Maintenance**: Maintaining a clean and safe patient environment.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- **Assisting with Procedures**: Assisting doctors and other healthcare professionals with procedures and tests.
