**Qualification & Experience**:
Registered Female B.Sc./MSc. Nursing / GNM/ Medical graduates with on 2 to 5 years of Teaching and clinical experience in the area of Allied Healthcare and General Nursing. Nursing skills must be current and up to date. Planning Organizing & conducting the in service Training for staff & evaluating the Performance & Knowledge Level.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career pathBuild annual training program and prepare teaching plansDevelop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manualsKeep abreast of developments in Allied Health field by reading current literature, talking with colleagues and industry professionals.Prepare course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts.Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality resultsAcclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessionsDeliver training coursesAssess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behaviourDemonstrate Patient care in clinical departments of Corporate or Government HospitalsPeriodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changesExtensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principlesProven ability to master the full training cycleAdequate knowledge of learning management softwareFamiliarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniquesFamiliarity with talent management and succession planningAbility to conduct cost-benefit analysis and calculate training ROISound decision making and organisational skillsAbility to present complex information to a variety of audiences

**Qualification**:

- 1)Minimum BSC-Nursing with at least one year of Teaching / Training experience 2)GNM with minimum 5 years of Teaching / Training experience can also be considered.
