**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generating Leads
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electric vehicle charging sector.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns that promote our EV charging solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance the company's online presence.
Customer Engagement:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet specific requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and service delivery.
Partnerships and Alliances:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, government agencies, and businesses to promote collaboration and growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and refine sales and marketing strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the electric vehicle charging industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
