Qualifications and Skills
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in customer service, call center, or a related field is advantageous.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
- **Technical Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM tools and call center software is beneficial.
