We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive to manage our day-to-day financial operations. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, tracking key SaaS metrics, and supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the financial growth and stability of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and manage daily records of income, expenses, and other financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor and track key SaaS financial metrics, including:

- Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
- Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV)
- Gross Margin
- Churn Rate
- Analyze financial performance and trends to support strategic planning.
- Support the finance manager in audits, tax filings, and compliance activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate expense reporting.
- Manage invoicing and accounts receivable/payable processes.
- Maintain financial records in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Contribute to financial process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders such as auditors, accountants, and banks when needed.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar finance/accounting role, preferably in a SaaS or tech company.
- Strong understanding of SaaS financial models and metrics.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with financial software/tools like QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or Xero is a plus.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and principles (GAAP/IFRS).
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- MBA (Finance) or equivalent certification (CA/CMA/CPA).
- Familiarity with subscription-based revenue models.
- Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
