** Checklist for Hiring an Accounts & E-commerce Finance Executive**

**1. Educational Background**
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance/Accounts)
- Certification in **Tally, GST, or Accounting Software** (preferred)

**2. Work Experience**
- 2-5 years of experience in **accounts & reconciliation**:

- Experience with **e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, 1mg, Tata Cliq, etc.)**:

- Knowledge of **GST filing, TDS, and compliance reports**

**3. Technical Skills**
- **Accounting Software**: Tally ERP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks (any)
- **MS Excel / Google Sheets**: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Data analysis
- **E-commerce Finance Handling**:

- Sales report download from seller panels
- Return/refund data tracking
- Payment reconciliation (matching payments with orders)
- Commission & charges calculation
- **GST & Compliance**:

- GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B data preparation
- Input credit management
- Vendor invoices & compliance checks

**4. Daily Responsibilities**
- Maintain **all sales & returns data platform-wise**:

- Do **payment reconciliation with marketplace settlements**:

- Track **pending payments / deductions / disputes**:

- Prepare **monthly GST reports & tax summaries**:

- Coordinate with CA / Auditor for filing
- Maintain **profit & loss statement for e-commerce business**

**5. Soft Skills**
- Detail-oriented & accurate with numbers
- Analytical & problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Confidential & trustworthy with financial data
