1. Visit the Site with Labour Contractor and Project Engineer or alone with LC

2. Proper Study of GFC Drawing, BOQ and specification before mobilization at site.

3. Mobilization at site with the coordination of Labour contractor & Project Engineer.

4. Study the requirement of Temporary power and raise the MPF for the same as per BOQ.

5. Prepare a work schedule with the coordination of Project Manager and Labour contractor

6. Prepare the man power estimate with the coordination of Labour contractor and ask him do deploy to keep up the work schedule

**7. **Prepare and maintain of worker entry in the log book, Enroll the entire worker in ESIC before start the work at site.**

8. Prepare the material requirement as per schedule and coordination with Labour contractor 1 week prior of actual requirement at site and send it to Project manager.

9. Check the quantity, specification quality of material as per D. Challan/your raised MPF and enter it in Master indent.

10. Monitors the acquisition and use of materials by the worker/Labour contractor

11. Actively monitor the work environment for hazards. Identify and highlight possible risk on project and ensure that the quality and safety requirements are adhered at site.

12. Supervise the Labour contractor’s work progress as per schedule and to ensure that work is being carried out as per design drawings, specifications.

**13. Ensure the site cleanness on daily basis, the labour has to remove all of the debris and other stuff related to Electrical work on daily basis.**

14. Ensure construction QA/QC processes are being implemented by the site team.

15. **Report to concern person for any extra work (that is not in our scope of work), take the approval from client’s Project Engineer before execution**

16. **this is compulsory**

17. Interact with Client’s Project Engineer/Manager for clarification in design if required.

18. Write all of the executed work in your notebook on daily basis

19. Daily reporting about progress, non compliance, delay in work to the Project Manager.

20. Ensure that Communication regarding any changes in plan have reached the Sub-Contractor’s Representatives after written approval from client.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
