Job Title: Site Supervisor - Electrical Distribution Construction

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor with a background in electrical distribution construction to join our team in Mumbai. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of electrical distribution systems, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage on-site electrical distribution construction activities.
- Coordinate and monitor daily site operations to ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
- Oversee the installation of electrical equipment, wiring, and infrastructure.
- Liaise with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and material usage.
- Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment to prevent damage or wastage.
- Supervise and train site workers, ensuring they follow all safety protocols and perform their duties efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in supervising electrical distribution projects, including underground and overhead installations.
- Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, including transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, and cabling.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations, particularly in construction and electrical works.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹2,50,000.00 per year
