The Site Supervisor would be responsible for the smooth Execution of project.
- He would also be involved in Back-office work to Prepare MR, Measurements, & responsible for Material stock management.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan and schedule projects.
- Estimate the time and materials needed to complete projects.
- Maintain records and documentation relating to the ongoing completion of projects.
- Prepare MR (Material Requisition) With calculation of drawing & with reference of boq.
- Supervise electricians as they work, providing guidance and instruction as needed.
- Ensure that work complies with all safety requirements.
- Prepare DPR & Update site in charge about work progress.
- Review electrical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.
- Assign job tasks and work as per electrical project schedules.
- Review all electrical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.
- Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.
- Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.
- Cable Tagging, DB Chart, & Final as built drawing to be prepare.
- Stock of material to be reconciled to Sach Main Godown with proper Paper work after completion of project.
- Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
- During the process and at the end, the engineer must inspect and ensure that all rules, regulations and guidelines of company/Govt. to be followed.

3. COMMUNICATIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS:
**Internal**: To site in charge, Project head, Procurement Team, Logistic team, design team.

**External: PMCA/**clients Representative/architect/ Vendor/Consultant

4. KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOB

**Education**

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Field

**Experience**

Should have experience of handling the site for at least 4-5 years

**Skills**
