**Responsibilities**:
1. Execute buy and sell orders for financial instruments, including stocks, bonds, options, and commodities, on behalf of clients.

2. Monitor market trends and news to provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding investment opportunities and risks.

3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their investment objectives and preferences.

4. Provide financial advice and recommend suitable investment products based on clients' risk tolerance, financial goals, and market conditions.

5. Process client transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

6. Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.

7. Assist clients with account inquiries, account maintenance, and other administrative tasks as needed.

8. Collaborate with other departments, such as research and compliance, to support client needs and business objectives.

9. Continuously develop and enhance knowledge of financial products, markets, and investment strategies.

10. Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Dealer or similar role in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and trading processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using trading platforms and financial software.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in the financial services sector.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications or licenses may be required
