**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced **Equity Dealer** to manage our equity desk.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the **equity trading desk**, ensuring smooth execution of trades across stock exchanges.
- Execute **buy and sell transactions** based on client instructions and market movements.
- Monitor **market trends, stock performance, and financial news** to provide clients with timely updates and insights.
- Handle **customer investments**, ensuring trades align with their risk appetite, financial goals, and investment strategy.
- Conduct **regular client interactions** to check investment preferences, address queries, and build long-term relationships.
- Ensure **compliance with regulatory requirements** and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Manage **client documentation**, including onboarding, KYC verification, and compliance paperwork.
- Adhere to **stock market timelines**, ensuring all trades are executed within the trading window without delays.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of equity markets, trading platforms, and investment strategies
- Proficiency in stock market operations, SEBI guidelines, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent client management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze financial data, stock trends, and economic indicators
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work under market pressure
- Good command over trading software, MS Excel, and financial tools
- Punctuality and strict adherence to stock market timelines
- Effective communication and presentation skills

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Finance, Commerce, Economics**, or related field
- **NISM (Series VIII) Certification** - Mandatory for equity trading
- Minimum **2-3 years of experience** in equity trading, wealth management, or financial services
- Experience with **stock trading platforms and brokerage operations**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
