As an Equity Dealer, you will play a crucial role in executing equity trades on behalf of our clients while specializing in hedging and arbitrage techniques. Your knowledge and proficiency in these areas will help our clients effectively manage risk, enhance their investment returns, and navigate complex market conditions.

**Job Description:

- **
- Managing Delta Desk and work on Derivatives.
- Execute orders as a dealer.
- Make strategy for the market and should have knowledge of equity market.
- Develop and implement advanced hedging and arbitrage strategies to capitalize on
pricing discrepancies.
- Continuously evaluate and refine hedging and arbitrage strategies.
- Monitor and manage positions, risk exposures, and performance of proprietary
trading activities, ensuring adherence to risk management guidelines and
regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications:

1) Bachelor's degree in any field.

2) Freshers may apply.

3) Additional certifications such as NISM-Series VIII: Equity Derivatives or other relevant qualifications will be advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹11,197.15 - ₹18,000.00 per month
