**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the legal industry to introduce our Corporate & Commercial Laws, Intellectual Property (IPR), and other legal services.
- Educate clients about our legal offerings and generate interest in our services.
- Engage in persuasive communication to understand client legal needs and present suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for lead generation and sales within the legal domain.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Provide information about our legal services, address legal queries, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of telephonic interactions and update the legal client database with relevant information.
- Develop a basic understanding of Corporate & Commercial Laws, Intellectual Property (IPR), and other legal domains to effectively communicate with potential clients.
- Coordinate with the legal services team to ensure a seamless transition of leads for further legal consultation.
- Stay informed about legal updates and changes to effectively communicate with clients.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum qualification: High school diploma; additional education in law, legal studies, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in telecalling or a similar role, preferably within the legal industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Basic understanding of Corporate & Commercial Laws, Intellectual Property (IPR), and other legal domains.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets within the legal services industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively with legal team members.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹26,177.95 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
