**Job Description: Sales & Marketing**: To generate Leads from the online market via social media posting, webinar hosting activities, video editing and posting on relevant platforms and call them to generate physical and online meetings as per their financial needs like Insurance, Mutual Funds, Demat Account, Stock Market Investing/Trading, Taxation and **Key responsibilities**: 1. Gather extensive knowledge about various financial products and services related to our company product and services. Training will be provided from time to time on financial products. 2. Creating and implementing strategies to source leads through various online and offline channels (online marketing, corporate activities, social media). 3. Support in increasing sales with various indoor/outdoor activities and call closures. 4. Repurposing and optimising content for various platforms. 5. Creating engaging content for the target audience. 6. Scheduling content release times for engagement **Educational Qualification: UG/ PG, a degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or** **public relations** Attitude: Positive, Ability to Listen, Empathy, Open to Learn, Passionate Key Skills: Presentable with good oral & written communication skills, writing, research, customer service, SEO knowledge, creativity and design, social media expert. **Financial Knowledge**: Demat Account, Mutual Funds, Stock Market, Insurance, Investments, Taxation and Financial Advisory. Basics of Indian Economy. Knowledge about Social Media Platforms & Video Editing Software usage Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred) - total work: 1 year (preferred) License/Certification: - Digital marketing (preferred) Work Location: In person
