**Customer Support Executive**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Handle Incoming and Outbound L1 & L2 customer service calls
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive Communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues.
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to delight customers
- Maintain Call quality as per the quality parameters.
- Maintain average call handling time (AHT).
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Assist the customer in placing the On-Booking
- Fluency in English. (Hindi/Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Oriya/Bengali) is an addition not mandatory.
- Team player
- Complete assigned work on a daily basis.
- Shift Adherence

**Required Skills**:

- Salary (15k to 22k) take home
- Job Location
- CMH Road, Indiranagar, Bangalore
- Edu - HSC/12th Passed,
- 6 days a week and the week-off will be on weekdays.

**Schedule**:

- Morning/Evening/Night Shift

**Experience**:

- 6 months -1 year

**Experience**:

- L1: 0.5-1 Years
- L2: Experienced (2-4 yrs.)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (mandatory)
- (Hindi/Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Oriya/Bengali) is an addition not mandatory.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
