Events Team - Executive

Location: Thergaon/Aundh

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Planning and Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and organizing events such as conferences, workshops, seminars, team activities, and corporate gatherings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to finalize event details, including venue, logistics, catering, and equipment.
- **Execution of Events**:

- Oversee the event setup and ensure all activities are carried out as planned.
- Manage on-site event operations and troubleshoot issues in real time.
- **Budget Management**:

- Track event budgets and ensure expenditures are within the allocated limits.
- Negotiate with vendors to optimize costs.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of event activities, including contracts, attendee lists, and feedback.
- Prepare post-event reports with analysis and suggestions for improvement.
- **Creative Input**:

- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance event experiences.
- Assist in designing promotional materials and managing event-related social media updates.

6. **Post-Event Activities**:

- Organize and manage event files, including contracts, invoices, and feedback forms.
- Analyze event performance and compile post-event reports.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement processes to enhance future events.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel and work on weekends as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
