- **Problem Solving**: Quickly address any issues or challenges that arise during the planning or execution phases, ensuring mínimal disruption to the client’s experience.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the event management, production, and creative teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- **Feedback and Reporting**: Collect client feedback post-event, providing detailed reports and insights to improve future events and client satisfaction.
- **Client Communication**: Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about event progress and any necessary adjustments.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in client servicing, customer relations, or event management.
- **Skills**:
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions promptly.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with diverse groups to achieve common goals.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
