**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic E-commerce Intern to join our team. The intern will support the e-commerce department in various tasks related to online store management, product listings, customer service, and digital marketing. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of e-commerce and digital retail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing product listings, including uploading product images, descriptions, and prices on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
- Support the team in inventory management, tracking product availability, and stock levels.
- Analyze customer feedback, reviews, and product performance to help improve the online shopping experience.
- Help with order processing, returns, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Monitor e-commerce website performance, helping troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Help in updating and maintaining the e-commerce platform to ensure it aligns with brand standards.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to address any customer inquiries or concerns related to online orders.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and retail.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset with a passion for learning new tools and strategies.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience with social media management or basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a bonus.

Pay: ₹5,149.30 - ₹5,778.20 per month
