**Job Title**: US IT Recruiter
**Location**: Indore, India

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process from start to finish.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in IT recruitment is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

**Working Hours**:
This position may require flexibility to accommodate clients in different time zones. Hence 6:30 pm-3:30 am IST

Pay: ₹10,004.76 - ₹17,500.00 per month
