Job Title: US IT RecruiterLocation: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Onsite)Experience: 1+ Year (US IT Recruitment Required)Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)Employment Type: Full-Time / PermanentJob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven US IT Recruiter to join our team in Indore (Onsite). The ideal candidate should have experience working with US clients, sourcing candidates for IT positions, and working on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.Key Responsibilities:Source and identify candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).Screen candidates to evaluate technical skills, experience, and communication.Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models and understand US tax terms.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment workflow using ATS.Build and maintain strong working relationships with candidates and consultants.Work closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements.Meet daily/weekly hiring targets and deadlines.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment (mandatory).Solid understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).Experience sourcing candidates on major job boards.Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Should be comfortable working night shift (US hours).Preferred Skills:Experience working with Direct Clients / Tier 1 Vendors.Knowledge of IT technologies and job roles (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).Benefits:Attractive salary + performance incentives.Professional growth and learning opportunities.Supportive work culture and career development.
