Job Title: US IT Recruiter Location: Indore, MP (Onsite) Shift: Night Shift (US Hours) Experience: Minimum 2+ years in US Recruitment About the Role : We’re looking for a sharp, driven, and passionate US Recruiter to join our growing team in Indore. You’ll be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across US State and Federal clients, ensuring top-quality delivery and a seamless candidate experience. Tasks and Responsibilities : Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers. Work on a mix of IT and non-IT roles across various domains. Partner closely with the Account Managers and hiring teams to understand job needs and deliver with speed and precision. Source candidates through multiple channels — job boards, networking, referrals, and creative search techniques. Maintain and update candidate records, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets (because that’s how we roll). What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in US recruitment (mandatory). Proven track record of hiring for State or Federal clients. Hands-on experience working on IT and non-IT positions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Flexibility to work onsite in Indore during US night shift hours. Why Join Us?
