Job Title: US IT Recruiter Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Work Mode: Onsite (Night Shift / US Shift) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven US IT Recruiter to support our staffing requirements for clients across the United States. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating technical talent for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1–4 years of experience in US IT recruitment, preferably in an agency or staffing environment. Strong understanding of US work visa categories (USC, GC, H1B, TN, EAD, CPT/OPT). Hands-on experience with major recruitment platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Ability to source technical candidates for roles such as Java Developer, .NET Developer, Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Data Engineer, QA, SAP, and other IT positions. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to work effectively in US night shift (EST/PST hours). High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with direct clients, MSPs, or Tier-1 vendors. Familiarity with ATS systems and CRM platforms.
