**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to actively seek out and engage prospective clients, build relationships, and promote our brand. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, creating marketing strategies, and improving our market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitive products, and customer needs.
- **Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content to drive audience engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Representative or in a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies, social media, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
