**Job Role : Workforce Data Analytics**

**Location : Remote**

**Experience : 5+ years**

**Shift : 3pm to 12am IST**

**Must**:

- 5+years’experience using MS Fabric Tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric Data Flow, Power Automate, or other MS Fabric Apps for data analysis & visualization.
- 2+years’experience using programming tools like SQL, R, Python
- 3+Workingknowledge of HR data &structures.
- Advanced analytical capabilities to include data visualization, statistics, data distribution, summarization/aggregation methods, metric development, etc.
- Desire to combine curiosity with critical thinking and good judgment, and like asking "why" to unravel a seemingly complex problem and get to the root cause.
- Strong communication skills with non-technical audiences to gain buy in and drive decision making for senior stakeholders.

**Preferred**:

- 5+years’experience using programming tools like SQL, R, Python, or Azure related tools.
- 5+Workingknowledge of Workday data structures.

**High level Job Description**:

- Support internal customers directly, understanding business objectives and delivering insights to advise on workforce decisions.
- Develop standardized workforce metrics and design dashboards to meet client needs, ensure “one source of truth” for workforce data
- Proactively identify opportunities for report automation or self-service, shifting the focus of work to more strategic consulting support
- Champion self-service metrics, empowering clients with fast access to data
- Leverage extensive analytical and predictive models to identify workforce risks & opportunities and make recommendations for workforce risk mitigation strategies
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, generate and test working hypotheses, and uncover insightful trends around attrition, talent acquisition, earning, diversity, and employee listening
- Simplify complex analytics products into compelling data stories that speed decision-making, interpreting the “so what” and “now what” from analyses.
