Overview
We are looking for a a passionate and creative Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The ideal team member will work with an employee force of under 30 young, budding & talented individuals and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.
Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs. You will also be actively involved in the onboarding of new employees, employee retention, reviewing benefits, salaries, inventory management in office and other programs, explaining policies, and ensuring all necessary enrollment paperwork is completed properly, organising parties, and other celebrations.

**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Managing HR records including, résumés, applicant logs, and employee forms.
- Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion.
- Issuing new employees with enrollment documents.
- Conducting employee orientations.
- Explaining employee benefits.
- Conducting smooth employee onboarding and induction.
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Apart from Talent Acquisition, you will also be involved 30% of the time in:
- Responding to HR-related queries within the company.
- Maintaining employee confidentiality.
- Assisting with the distribution of training material.
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
- Managing the office work environment and workspace.
- Getting the job done through people and conducting audits of tasks, client and employee performances.
- Work on strategies to make processes smooth and for performance appraisal.
- Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
- Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Junior/ Executive/Manager or similar role such as a Recruiter
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Naukri, Hirist, Updazz, Startup Goa, Indeed)
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Basic knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- People from any field can apply
