We are looking for a skilled professional with 6-10 years of experience to join our team as an Associate in the Talent department at W Goa, located in Goa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management and recruitment.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best fit for open positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent management, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices, including sourcing and interviewing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working with HR systems and tools, including applicant tracking software.
