CSR EXECUTIVE
Be part of Brainwonders - The Largest Counselling Company in India.
We are looking for dynamic Telesales/ Telemarketing Executives with excellent communication skills and would be responsible for reaching to the entire network of clients and institute with regards to counselling services.
Responsibilities and Duties
1) Deliver sales talks to describe services that Brainwonders provides, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a service.
2) Contact businesses or private individuals for collaborations.
3) Use Linkedin and other B2B Platforms to generate leads
5) Record names, addresses and feedback of the clients contacted
6) Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories and lists purchased from other organizations.
8) Do calls to Princpals/Heads of Universities and Corporates and pitch our product
9) Respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up on sales.
10) Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
11) Schedule appointments for company representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend presentations, orientations and workshops.

minimum 3 years of Telemarketing or Telesales experience
Fluency in English is a must
Knowledge of usage of Linkedin is an added advantage
