As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Electrogets, you will be responsible for crafting and executing digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth for our clients. You will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, understanding their business objectives, and delivering innovative digital marketing solutions tailored to their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI and achieve client KPIs.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and persuasive content for digital channels, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and tone.
- **SEO and SEM**: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage PPC campaigns to improve organic visibility and drive targeted traffic.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow clients' social media presence across platforms, including content creation, community management, and performance tracking.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to clients.
- **Client Communication**: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their evolving needs, address concerns, and provide strategic recommendations.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team and clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
