We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to join our awesome marketing team The digital strategist will be tasked with analyzing user experience data, initiating digital projects, reporting on planned and current strategies, leading effective digital marketing strategies, and ensuring that projects are executed within budget.

You will play a pivotal role in growing our business, customer base, and improving user experience.

We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and all digital marketing channels.

**Responsibilities**
- Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
- Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
- Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
- Build strong clients relationships through social media interaction
- Keep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
- Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Design and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency
- Identify advertising needs
- Establish best practices in digital marketing
- Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments

**Requirements and skills**
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
- Manage and train the rest of the team
- Stay up to date with latest technology and best practices
- Manage all digital marketing channels
- Measure ROI and KPIs
- Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
- Oversee all the company's social media accounts
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics will be preferred
- Build and inbound marketing plan
- Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals
- Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
- Proven work experience as a Digital marketing strategist or Digital marketing manager
- Experience implementing and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
- Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices
- Familiarity with web design and HTML
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Insightful and perceptive.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
