The Challenge
A Digital Strategist is a digital-native professional with experience designing and executing consumer experiences for brands in a channel agnostic world.
A passionate and effective communicator, the Principal Digital Strategist provides our clients with value focused expert advice and guidance to support them in developing a holistic Customer Experience strategy, facilitating change within their organisation, and deliver outstanding outcomes through the adoption of Adobe Solutions.
**Responsibilities**:

You will need to think, engage, execute and learn on 4 key pillars that make this a unique Strategy Consulting team:
Driving holistic Customer Experiences via Consulting
Marketing Transformation Consulting. Knowledge of commerce & marketplaces will be a value add.
Design & blueprint Digital execution (via Adobe products)
Industry/ Vertical knowledge
You will have solid hands-on expertise in the below that will help you drive Consulting & Strategy in:
Create Consulting, billing and utilization opportunities with clients in relevant areas of work for the team.
**New business creation**: You will partner with other Adobe teams to drive opportunity creation and closure with our customers. Identify client gaps and needs and pitch relevant strategy & consulting offerings. Lead & conducting client facing billable Consulting engagements & workshops leading to your consulting utilization. Example: You might lead:
Discovery workstreams, assessments & conduct opportunity analysis.
B2B/B2C Marketing domain & Marketing transformation Consulting including Data driven Marketing, Personalization, Campaigns, Content strategy etc.
Defining As-Is to To-be Customer Journeys & Personas
Process Consulting (experience on process tools preferred)
TOM / Organization model design
- Provide strong organisational visions and design - people, process, and technology - to help customers align their teams toward strategy and value.
Recommend and lead roadmaps and component programs.
Strategic Market Research
**Business Case build**: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to produce value frameworks and revenue driving insights that positively impact and move a client’s business forward. Recommend new use cases and initiatives.
Conduct opportunity analysis. Prioritize according to business value & implementation complexity.
**Digital**: Inform client’s channel strategy & digital tactics. Identify and prioritize optimization opportunities. Provide solid growth recommendations and lead our clients on the steps required to grow digital maturity.
**Thought leader**: on trends, digital, driving relevant research in your industry for PoVs, Presentations and business use cases
**Product**:
**Preferred Value add**: Expertise and experience in Adobe / other Marketing or Experience Cloud, associated customer benefits and how to measure them.
Strong understanding of competitive landscape across Experience Cloud solutions.
**Practice**:
Contribute to the creation and evolution of digital strategy offerings
Actively participate in Digital Strategy Practice growth with focus on how to guide in improving the business performance of our clients.
