Receive delivery order from customers and ensure they are uploaded into the DMS (Drayage Management System).
- Track & Trace import containers **Communicate any holds to customer (Pierpass, CTF, freight holds, customs hold, etc)**:

- Schedule pick up apts for all import containers and update on apt schedule in DMS.
- Trace all import containers were picked up on scheduled date/time.
- Reschedule any import containers that are missed and update new pick-up apt times in the DMS (Drayage Management System).
- Ensure apt at the warehouse is scheduled for all import containers if necessary or advise warehouse what will be dropped.
- Communicate with customer and ensure they are being updated on all their shipments (Pick up apts, delivery date, empty return apts, any issues)
- When doing bobtails: ensure that customer approvals are received, and that the confirmation is sent to billing team along with the bobtail that were incurred for the billing to take place.
- When containers are reported empty, they must be marked empty in the system and location of empty must be updated as well.
- Customer should be notified that there are no apts or that an empty is shut out with back up as well.
- CSR is responsible for import containers up until the container is returned empty to the port, not when the container is delivered full. If dispatch is neglecting an empty return without valid reason, escalate matter to management.
- CSR’s are to ensure that all backup for any accessorial are in the system so billing team can send out invoice without any delays or issues.
- Ensure any container that is missed gets rescheduled and updated in DMS.
- CSR is responsible for all customer reports and scheduling of containers (import & empties)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Flexible shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar - 160074, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
