**Work Location**: Bestech business towers, Mohali 160066

**Shifts**:Rotational shifts

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing exceptional customer support experience to the customers over the phone.
- Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus.
- Customer Care Representative must have excellent communication skills along with active listening.
- Customer focused approach.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and a self-starter.
- Customer Care Representative must be willing to work in rotational night shifts.

**QUALIFICATION: B.sc Agriculture**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹11,058.27 - ₹20,000.00 per month
