- We are BYKOLOGY and we’ve been manufacturing top of the line aftermarket accessories for Superbikes here in SAS NAGAR (MOHALI), PB since 2016.

We pride ourselves on our dedication to meeting and exceeding the needs of our clients, and we are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Service Representatives.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Providing accurate information about our products/services, pricing, and promotions.

Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.

Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.

Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries.

Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.

Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution.

Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:
**For Fresher**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**For Experienced**:
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer service targets.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
