Business FunctionGroup Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channelsRoles & Responsibilities-; Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with lifecycle methodology and risk guidelines-; Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, end users, and unit leaders-; Provide level 2/3 application support-; Field incoming incident tickets from end users to resolve application issues-; Provide root cause analysis techniques to determine cause and resolve complex system issues-; Work with onsite/regional teams across multiple technologies/applications-; Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved-; Actively participate in Production issues calls-; Having banking domain functional experience-; Identify and learn appropriate software applications used and supported by the organizationRequirements-; Between 7 to 12 years’ experience, preferably in financial services industry-; PL/SQL knowledge is mandatory, MySQL will also be preferred-; Unix: Shell Script, Windows, Linux-; Java: Core Java 8, Spring batch, Rest API, Hibernate, SOAP, SVN/Maven, JMeter, BPMN, Rule Engine, R, Python-; Web Container: Jboss-; Min knowledge on Devops Skills Required.; HTML 5, Angular JS, JavaScript, XML, JSON-; Development and testing tool-; Tuning SQL queries to improve the performance is a bonus point-; PL/SQL knowledge is mandatory, MySQL / R / Python will also be preferred-en
