**PLANT & MACHINERY**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining all the company owned equipment & Vehicles and plant in well running condition by doing the preventive maintenance as per the manufacturer recommendation.
- Implementing the preventive ,conditional, and predictive & breakdown maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant vehicles & Equipment.
- Planning, Monitoring and Control of spares.
- Maximum utilization of manpower/machinery.
- Check the operator qualifications and training prior to inducting them onto at site.
- Maintaining records of equipment utilization ,fuel consumption, and preventive maintenance records as per schedule.
- Preparing Maintenance plan and operational report, daily maintenance and expenses report, updating weekly/monthly reports, analysis of spare parts ,consumable items, lubricants, & MIS reporting.
- Inventory Management (IM): Goods Receipt, Goods issue, Stock transfer.
- Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary Maintenance.
- Created and Maintained documentations including service records, Repairs Report.
- Daily inspection of running equipment & Vehicle.
- Prepare preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment and Machinery items.
- Plant and Machinery repair & Maintenance work & leading of mechanical manpower.
- Documentation such as AMC,TPI ,MIS & Equipment Documents etc.
- Inventory for spare stock.
- MR for spares & tie-up with HO to receive at site.
- Tie-Up with heavy equipment vendor for hired if need at Site.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. A master's degree may be preferred for larger or more complex projects.
- Relevant work experience in construction management, with a focus on mechanical systems and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and construction techniques.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Relevant certifications or licenses, as required by local regulations.

**Experience
- 8 to 10 years experience in managing below equipments.**

**Equipment
- Tractor, water tanker, Pick-up,Car, Tipper-Hyva ,Batching Plant, Concrete Pump,Bar Bending Machine, Bar cutting Machine, Diesel Generator Set(125 KVA),(Needle,Screed,Plate) Vibrator, Mobile Tower crane,Backhoe Loader, Excavator, Soil Compactor, Transit mixer.**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
