Job Description: Call Center Agent

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our call center team at our diagnostic center in Ahmedabad. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and handling inquiries from patients, doctors, and other stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a positive customer experience by addressing their needs and providing accurate information regarding our diagnostic services.

**Responsibilities**:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Provide information about our diagnostic services, including health check packages, tests, and procedures.

Schedule appointments for patients and provide them with necessary instructions and details.

Assist callers with any issues or concerns they may have, and escalate complex queries to the appropriate department.

Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and relevant information.

Follow up with patients to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.

Collaborate with other departments within the diagnostic center to coordinate and communicate customer requests and feedback.

Stay updated on our services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to callers.

Adhere to call center procedures, including call scripts, performance metrics, and quality standards.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Gujarati. Knowledge of Hindi would be an advantage.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficient computer skills and familiarity with call center software and CRM systems.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Empathetic and patient-oriented approach to customer service.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
