**Position Summary**:
Responsible for Sales of 1 Banquet Venues and combined space of approximately 10,000sqft.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**3.** Sending Banquet event proposals and quotations to the guests.
**4.** Preparing Daily query tracking sheet and updating them with follow-ups.
**5.** Making and updating of Business on Books (BOB) for the month and for future months.
**6.** Assist with typing of the Banquet and Sales correspondence, i.e. answering mail, calls, confirming banquet arrangements, menus, etc.
**7.** Preparing contracts for the event and getting it signed by the guest as soon as the event is confirmed.
**8.** Compose, publish and mailing Banquet Function Prospectus (FP) to all department heads and personnel who are involved in servicing banquets function.
**9.** Distribute promptly to all departments about any amendments in the Banquet Function Prospectus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
