- **Sales Support**: Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing sales documents, proposals, and presentations.
- **Order Processing**: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- **Customer Communication**: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- **Sales Coordination**: Coordinate sales activities such as meetings, appointments, and events. Ensure effective communication and collaboration between sales team members.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Track sales activity, generate reports, and provide analysis to support decision-making.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and assist in forecasting demand. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure sufficient stock availability.
- **Sales Analysis**: Assist in analyzing sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Provide insights to the sales team to optimize sales strategies.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation, including contracts, agreements, and sales reports.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training and support to sales representatives on sales processes, systems, and tools.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Language known "**Tamil and English**".

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
