**Responsibilities**:

- _Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure_
- _Invoicing and billing customers _
- _Perform data entry efficiently and systematically and regularly maintain back-up of data._
- _Maintain documents and report files._
- _Support manager in analyzing data and generating relevant graphs and information._
- _Design and develop data management tools in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access._
- _Coordinate and communicate with partners to support effective project data collection and documentation._
- _Perform other duties as assigned by the manager to ensure sound functioning of the office and achievement of program goals._

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience as an Technical sales.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Graduate; additional computer training or certification will be an asset
- Respond to inquiries
- Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and other digital formats.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it to source documents.
