**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our products/services
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries
- Follow up on leads and maintain client records
- Provide accurate information and maintain a positive customer experience
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle call tracking systems
- A positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn
- Experience in telecalling/sales is a plus, but freshers are welcome
