**About Vignam**:
Vignam is a cutting-edge tech AI startup that revolutionises the way people communicate and understand complex ideas through 3D interactive simulations. We are rapidly growing, with over 1,000+ simulations developed, and a vision to transform education and various industries like defence and manufacturing with our AI-powered simulation builder.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the product and development teams to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our 3D simulation platform.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into user needs and iterate on design solutions.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity through all design elements across the platform.
- Create and refine design guidelines, components, and systems to ensure design scalability and consistency.
- Analyse user feedback and usage data to optimise user flows and overall user experience.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and tools, ensuring Vignam’s platform remains competitive in terms of design and usability.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and interface design.
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of user-centered design processes and usability testing.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in designing for EdTech platforms or 3D interfaces is a plus.
- Ability to create animations or micro-interactions in Figma.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week
