Job Description

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced Product Designer / UI/UX Designer to craft and deliver engaging and delightful experiences for all of our products. You’re the perfect fit, if:

- You understand that a successful product is one that balances both the value it provides to its users and to the business, and crafting great user experience leads to better brand recognition and customer retention.
- As a part of this job, you will be working closely with product, engineering, research and other business units to bring high quality products to the market.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design of our products by translating business and user requirements into aesthetically pleasing and highly-usable experiences.
- Help visualize product experience through process diagrams, user flows, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs
- Routinely collaborate with product managers, engineers to build a shared understanding of product vision, define product requirements and prototype design solutions in an outcome-driven environment
- Work with small collaborative teams, including development teams to ensure that UX/UI requirements are clear, final product meets specifications, and come up with resolutions for issues that arise.
- Participate in user research or discovery activities, to define the problem space, understand user journeys, pain points, develop user personas and scenarios.
- Plan and execute summative research to improve our products and craft great user experience
- Ensure good design practices and advocate for quality expectations by building agreement among diverse stakeholders using firm understanding of user and business needs
- Demonstrate a command of design methods, tools, communication, and presentation skills.

**Job Requirement**

**Qualification**:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in UX / Product design roles with expertise in concept design, interaction design and information architecture, UI and graphic design. Experience in designing new software products end-to-end from conception to implementation would be a plus.
- A good understanding of the end-to-end iterative UX process, including personas, scenarios, wire-framing, prototyping, user research, and design systems.
- Demonstrated expertise with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and any prototyping tools. Basic knowledge of front-end technologies to understand the constraints of the design would be a plus.
- Ability to work with internal teams to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet customer needs. Must be self-sufficient, organized, and adaptable
- Expertise conducting user research and usability testing to inform the overall desirability of a new product idea as well as to inform design and user experience approach.
- Online portfolio or links to work examples demonstrating strong UI/UX and product design skills is required.
