**Job Title**: Architect | 3D BIM Modeller | 3D Visualizer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and execution of architectural projects, from concept to completion.
- Create detailed 3D models and visualizations using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and others.
- Coordinate and manage event planning and spatial designs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and present design concepts.
- Prepare architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations for client review.
- Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Maintain client relationships and assist in project budgeting, timelines, and delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in design technologies.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in architecture, 3D modeling, and visualization.
- Proficient in BIM, 3D modeling, and rendering software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, and more).
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction techniques, and material knowledge.
- Excellent soft skills including client relationship management, design presentation, and spatial design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Fluent in English, Tamil

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in event management or related design coordination.
- Certification in sustainable building practices (e.g., Advanced Timber Structural Design, Sustainable Building with Timber).
- Knowledge of the latest trends in architectural software and BIM technologies.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
