**Job Title**: Child Psychologist
**Location**: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess children and adolescents for emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns.
- Conduct psychological testing, counseling sessions, and therapeutic interventions.
- Develop individualized treatment and care plans tailored to each child’s needs.
- Provide guidance and counseling to parents, caregivers, and teachers.
- Collaborate with pediatricians, psychiatrists, and other professionals for integrated care.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure confidentiality.
- Conduct workshops or awareness programs on child mental health when required.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology/Child Psychology from a recognized institution.
- Valid RCI registration (mandatory).
- Prior experience working with children and adolescents (preferred).
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
