**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children aged 2-16.
- Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s needs, in coordination with psychiatrists, psychologists, and pediatricians.
- Use evidence-based practices and age-appropriate therapy techniques.
- Work closely with families, caregivers, and educators to support carryover of therapy goals in everyday environments.
- Document and maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and treatment plans.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and contribute to holistic care plans.
- Educate parents and staff about communication development and strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest research and practices in child speech and language therapy.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP).
- RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) registration is **mandatory**.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with children in a clinical, hospital, or school setting (Freshers with strong internships may also be considered).
- Experience working with children with developmental disorders, ASD, ADHD, or psychiatric conditions is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
