Location: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh

Experience Required: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong clinical training may also apply)

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and qualified Speech Therapist to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children and/or adults. The ideal candidate should be patient, empathetic, and skilled in developing personalized therapy plans to help individuals improve their communication abilities and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for clients.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results.
• Work with children having speech delays, autism spectrum disorders, stammering, or articulation issues.
• Assist adults with voice, fluency, or post-stroke communication difficulties.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and healthcare professionals for integrated therapy approaches.
• Maintain accurate client progress notes and reports.
• Educate families on home-based exercises and follow-up plans.
• Participate in workshops, awareness programs, or training sessions if required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to client progress.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in hospitals, therapy centers, or educational institutions.

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)Working Days: Monday to Saturday Work Location: Varanasi
